Competition Training

Competition is part of the DNA at The Yard Club. Our athletes compete in local, national, and international events, across functional fitness and endurance racing, from everyday categories through to RX.

From 10Ks, half marathons, marathons, and ultra-distance events to high-level functional fitness competitions, we prepare athletes to perform through structured, periodised training and expert coaching.
